The Virtual Annual Concert was organized by Vikhe Patil Memorial School, Lohegaon on the 12th and 13th of March and 12th of April 2021. The annual day was showcased as a live event on YouTube. For grade I and II, the event was telecast on 12th March while the annual day for grade III-V was telecast on the 13th of March 2021. Similarly, the Virtual Class Presentation for the Pre-Primary Section was held on the 12th of April 2021.

The occasion was graced by the presence of eminent guests and dignitaries. Dr. Ashok Vikhe Patil expressed his views about the teaching learning process conducted during the pandemic and motivated the students to stay positive at all times.

The theme for the Annual Day performed by Grade I and II was “Green Vibes”. The students highlighted the importance of conserving mother nature and saving our environment from the disasters posed by mankind. They also exhibited the importance of following the 4 R’s - Reduce, Reuse, Recycle and Refuse. This was highlighted in the graceful dance performances and soulful songs sung by the little champions.

The next evening kicked off with a grand beginning to the virtual annual day for grade III to V. The theme for this event was “Pearls of Eastern India.” Every class was assigned three states from the East of India to portray their culture, cuisine and art. The costumes adorned by the children were dazzling in full glory. The foot tapping dance performances and the music were elegant and graceful.

The last event of the year was the Virtual Class Presentation by the Pre-Primary Section on the Theme “Values” which was beautifully depicted through song, dance and drama by our littlest ones.

All the three events were planned and executed to perfection by the dedicated teachers, parents and Principal without leaving this important occasion out of the school calendar.

The event ended on a thankful note to the Management, Principal, Teachers and all the parents involved in making the show a grand success.
